SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Question: Do you ship to my location?

Answer: Currently, we ship exclusively within Germany.

Question: How much does shipping cost?

Answer: Shipping is 100% FREE! We offer Free Standard Shipping across Germany on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Question: What are your shipping and handling times?

Answer: Handling Time is 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Transit Time is 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Total Delivery Time means you can expect your planter bed to arrive within 4 to 6 business days from the date you place your order.

Question: How can I track my package?

Answer: As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing your tracking link.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Question: What is your return policy?

Answer: We offer a hassle-free 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your planter bed to request a return. The product must be unused, un-assembled, and in its original packaging.

Question: Who pays for return shipping?

Answer: If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made a mistake, chainsbarrow covers the return shipping costs completely. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Question: When will I receive my refund?

Answer: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your full refund immediately. The credit will automatically appear back on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

PRODUCT & ASSEMBLY

Question: What materials are your garden planter beds made of?

Answer: Our planter beds are engineered from premium, high-grade weather-resistant materials designed to withstand frost, heavy rain, and intense sun season after season without rusting or warping.

Question: Is assembly difficult?

Answer: Not at all! Every chainsbarrow planter bed comes with an easy-to-follow instruction manual and all the necessary hardware. Most beds can be completely assembled in under 20-30 minutes.
