PRODUCT USE AND ASSEMBLY

Proper Assembly

All chainsbarrow garden planter beds must be assembled strictly according to the included instruction manual. Improper assembly, over-tightening, or altering the structural design may reduce stability and void product durability claims.

Weight Limits and Loading

Our planter beds are designed to hold standard gardening soil and plants. Overfilling the beds beyond structural capacity, packing soil too tightly, or resting heavy, non-gardening machinery on the edges can cause structural damage or warping.

Product Placement

It is the responsibility of the customer to place the planter bed on a level, stable, and secure surface. Chainsbarrow is not liable for any damage to property, lawns, patios, or flooring resulting from the placement, weight, or water drainage of the planter bed.

NATURAL WEAR AND WEATHERING

While our garden planter beds are engineered from premium, weather resistant materials built to withstand frost, rain, and sun, natural environmental wear is to be expected over time. Minor color fading or surface changes due to extreme weather conditions do not constitute a product defect.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
